Web Traffic Law (WTL) is the webs only discount traffic-related legal solutions provider spanning the North America. WTL customers don’t stand in line for hours to fight their traffic & speeding tickets, lose time at work or with family waiting in court, and they don’t pay traffic violation fines that skyrocket their insurance premiums and break the bank for years to come.
A first of its kind internet-based, continent-wide service, WTL was founded by an ex-police officer, and is a network of traffic court agents and lawyers working together to 1) educate drivers about the negative and expensive effects on their insurance premiums for voluntarily paying their traffic & speeding tickets, 2) to provide a convenient, friendly and affordable service that helps its clients save time and retain more of their money by keeping their insurance premiums by providing an alternative to just paying tickets, 3) by speaking out against the government abuses against the electorate of using tax payer paid law enforcement to be used as pseudo-tax collectors through the heavy enforcement of traffic ticketing when they should be allowed to protect and serve the public by fighting REAL crime – which is what most of them desire to do.
WTL is not only a traffic law service provider, but as a responsible, conscious and engaged community citizen. WTL simultaneously supports the honorable efforts of responsible law enforcement, the core message of safe driving, and the right of individuals to defend themselves when accused of a traffic violation.

>> Industry
Traffic court representation is becoming more widespread every year, signaling a growing marketplace awareness and frustration with the practice of ticketing as a pseudo-tax, and a preference to hire professional help. As traffic court dockets continue to increase dramatically, insurance carriers have responded to the heavy enforcement by increasing premiums based on traffic violations. This has generated an even greater demand for skilled, cost effective legal help in traffic court.
Add to this the ever-increasing numbers of drivers on the road, and annually increasing record traffic enforcement over the past five years. In the United States, States such as Ohio and Arizona lead the nation in traffic enforcement with Arizona recently reinstating the use of photo radar devices (one of the few States in which it is legal) and Ohio being the heaviest enforced jurisdiction in the nation. The trends are increasing in other States as well, as various municipalities and counties view traffic enforcement as a “legal” and appropriate method of collecting additional “non-tax” revenues.
In Canada, and in particular Alberta and Ontario (the heaviest enforced jurisdictions), traffic enforcement statistics have reached record highs each year for the past five years. Both provincial justice ministers have publicly stated their intentions to continue increasing traffic enforcement.

Web Traffic Law was founded by Randy Hicks. With almost 40 years of traffic law experience, Randy Hicks is considered one of North America’s foremost experts in traffic law, protecting your rights when it comes to unreasonable charges and ensuring your insurance rates don’t increase. A 16-year veteran ex-police officer that also taught police law to hundreds of fellow officers, Randy attained acclaim for being the first and (as far as we know) only North American professional to defeat photo radar by proving it can make mistakes. His defense led to an unprecedented withdrawal of thousands of photo radar tickets. Today, Randy is a leading responsible driving advocate, who believes that responsible policing is equally important.
